HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:
For Domestic Delivery:
All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. An item can only be returned at the time of delivery if the product is faulty or a wrong item has been delivered.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
Refund policy: Any order cancellation/refund request after 24 hours of order placement, will not be entertained. STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY. Pre-paid orders will not be cancelled or refunded.
Once the order is received by the customer, refund will not be applicable unless the item is sent wrong/defected from the merchant.
Online paid/unpaid orders will only be applicable for size change after order placement.
EXCHANGE is applicable for items that are sent wrong. We will bear the charges for courier return if the item sent is wrong at our end.
Fan will bear charges for courier if the return is for sizes, items placed order for are wrong. Items purchased online may be exchanged within three days of being delivered to customer.
Customer will visit the nearest courier center and deliver the order back to our warehouse.
Please note exchange is only possible for size changes.
Online paid orders will not be exchanged for cash, the order will be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed.
Sale Items
Exchange is not possible on Sale items.
For International Delivery:
All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. An item can only be refunded if the product is faulty or a wrong item has been delivered. Customer will be expected to share a proof of item being faulty within the same day of delivery.
It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
Cancellation is only possible if the order is not dispatched. In case the order is cancelled after dispatching the full amount will not be refunded, $30 of the amount will be deducted
including delivery charges.
Exchange eligibility: The exchange/return order must have the tag intact, not be worn or damaged.
No exchange on customized articles.
Important Information:
Personalized items are non-returnable. A return/refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong. We accept no responsibility once a fabric is stiched.
